We agreed to make a decision the next morning. The morning came and along with it followed 14-16″ of fresh snow. The southerner in me had no idea how we were going to traverse the mountains of snow and reach the location for the maternity session. The phone buzzed and to my chagrin delight Jennifer was ready to go. Her years in Syracuse with Peter had primed them for this relative dusting. It was manageable. Perhaps it was even cake for them.
The location was simply pristine and untouched. The snow drifts, strands of grass, and the brisk wintry wind were seasonable reminders of a new season, a new year… and a new baby. Our warmest thanks to Peter and Jennifer for looking stunning while braving the elements. We’re looking forward to meeting your new family addition in a couple of months!
